Enjoyed a great 10-night stay here, the prices were fair. the location was fantastic, we were close to all the amazing restaurants 😊.

Delicious food, had fantastic stay.

The location was great and absolutely perfect, for example, Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were very-very nice, helped with any issues. The bedroom was perfect little and decent sized.

Everything was good, so were awesome views of the ocean. Fantastic service was provided here. Could use their safe parking. The location of the hotel was favourable, close to beach and restaurants. Food in the attached restaurant was nice.

This place is in a quiet location near shops and restaurants, and the friendly atmosphere created here is great.

Loved the location and staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a wedding being held on Friday night and the noise resignating from the top floor down the staircase into all the rooms until midnight was uncomfortable for hotel guests.

The hotel was in the heart of Palm Cove, so it was just a walk away for beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were courteous and helpful. The roof top pool was a great spot to relax.

The floor in the bathroom sloped into a corner of the toilet and the lip on the shower floor was only about .5cm, so when the shower overflowed water went into the corner of the toilet and we had to mop it up. The floor should slope towards the shower and bathroom drain points.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, Port Douglas, and the beach, with friendly and attentive staff.

Sarayi was in a very nice town of Palm Cove. It felt very safe and secure with lots of eating places and sovenir shops.

The staff was very helpfull and kind.

They should clean the room every day and change the towels every day. The reception should be open from 6 A.M. to 12 P.M. It is open from 8 to 8 in the evening

This place offers well-priced rooms with excellent and friendly staff, and amazing beach views from the rooms.

Hard to say what we liked best as it was all fabulous,Vanessa, Hayley and all the staff are exceptional and do anything possible to help make life a holiday from booking tours,helping change dates when the ash cloud delayed our trip, airport transfers etc, the rooms are fantastic, nice and spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect and there is a great restaurant at the front and a convenience store right next door also and of course the beach is just a few steps away. We wouldn,t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others.
