the spacious rooms were very comfy, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day exploring nearby attractions like palm cove beach, just a short stroll away, and the lovely deadmans gully park, perfect for a peaceful walk among nature.

The one-bedroom apartment had an ocean view that was quite impressive and made for a relaxing stay. The upgrades offered were a pleasant surprise, allowing for some self-catering options that extended our comfort during the trip.
The overall upkeep seems to be lacking, with the building showing signs of neglect. Common areas had tons of potential, but cleanliness and decor were subpar. the rooftop pool area was particularly disappointing, looking abandoned with debris lying around. the room had unpleasant odors that detracted from the stay, and issues with the kitchen amenities left something to be desired, like the absence of a dishwasher and a substandard fridge. Even more concerning was the experience at the on-site restaurant, where billing discrepancies and lack of responsibility cast a shadow on our dining experience.

the sarayi has a great location right by the esplanade. the outdoor pool is lovely for relaxing, and the staff was super helpful with my queries. i really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room.
would recommend.
